Position Summary
The Dosimetrist is responsible for planning calculating, and verifying the prescribed radiation treatment plans and dosages administered to patients. This position works with and provides advanced assistance to the radiation oncologist in treatment planning. This is an advanced level technical position working under limited supervision. Internal contacts are primarily within the work group. External contacts include physicians and patients.Requirements
- Graduate of a medical dosimetrist program recognized by the American Assoc. of Medical Dosimetrists
- OR Graduate of an accredited program in radiation therapy and one year of on-the-job training as a medical radiation dosimetrist
- OR Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and one year of on-the-job training in medical radiation dosimetry under the supervision of a medical physicist or radiation oncologist
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience performing dosimetry

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $59.45 - $81.77 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
