Job Description

Incyte Diagnostics is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated AP/CP Board Certified Pathologist to join our dynamic team in Yakima, Washington. As a well-established organization founded in 1957, Incyte has grown to include 50 pathologists and 400 support staff, providing exceptional onsite staffing to numerous prestigious hospitals across Washington, Northern Idaho, and Northeastern Oregon. We also offer laboratory medical directorship/consultation services to smaller hospitals within the Inland Northwest region.

We are searching for a candidate who is AP/CP Board Certified, preferably with subspecialty training, and possesses a strong passion for active participation in a thriving group practice. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of post-fellowship experience, along with a solid background in medical directorship.

At Incyte, our pathologists are dedicated to delivering outstanding service in both clinical and anatomic pathology within the community. Therefore, we require individuals who exhibit flexibility and possess comprehensive training and/or experience in general pathology. As part of our team, you will need to be a permanent US resident with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to sections, interpreting cytology (both GYN and non-GYN), and occasionally conducting autopsies is essential. Additionally, a keen interest in clinical pathology, a willingness to serve on tumor boards and hospital committees, administrative leadership skills, and the ability to work independently are highly valued qualities.
