Install, train, troubleshoot, repair and provide quality parts for crane systems to keep the systems in acceptable operating condition and maintain maximum customer satisfaction.

Install, train, troubleshoot, repair and provide quality parts for crane systems to keep the systems in acceptable operating condition and maintain maximum customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision for the installation, testing and training on a unique crane system. This work is to be done outside the continental United States.
- Respond to customer calls regarding equipment/operation problems. This involves troubleshooting/problem solving over the phone.
- Travel to customer's locations to repair and install systems
- Test and repair parts sent in by customers
- Travel requirement 70%
The experienced technician for this role will have previous a minimum two year technical degree in electro-mechanics with at least 4 years field experience with some project manager experience, working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Word and Excel with strong Mechanical and electronic and Rigging experience for complex lifts. Also requires a working knowledge of Russian language (verbal and written)
